Assigns Date to Pay Due Interest on Its Global Medium Term Notes

Ooredoo, Qatari PJSC, announced that, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) and their ultimate
terms, Ooredoo International Finance Limited ‘OIFL’, a wholly-owned
subsidiary, will arrange the payment of the due interest to the program
noteholders on 22 June 2020.

Regarding the Notes of USD 5.0 billion at an interest rate of 3.75%,
guaranteed Notes maturing on
22 June 2026,

XS1435374126) (the "Notes"), Issued by Ooredoo International
Finance Limited (the "Issuer").
The Issuer ‘OIFL’, a wholly owned subsidiary by
Ooredoo, Qatari P.S.C hereby gives a notice that, pursuant to the terms
and conditions of the Notes and their final terms, it will disburse the
noteholders USD
9.375 million
on due date, 22 June 2020.
Terms
defined in this ‘notice’ shall have the meaning given
to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes and the final terms.
