Extraordinary AGM to 26 July 2020 for Incomplete Quorum

Qatari Investors Group announced that, for
incomplete quorum, it has decided to move its extraordinary AGM to
Sunday, 26 July 2020, at 04:30 pm. The meeting will take place in the
Rotana City Center Hotel, Plus 7 Ballroom.
The company clarified in its statement that
in line with the efforts extended by the government to preserve the
public health and social distancing, it has been decided to hold the
meeting virtually via video conference call and notified the
shareholders to send the following documents to:

for the purpose of connecting to meeting:
Copy of the shareholder’s ID
Mobile Number
Shareholding Number
Copy of the authorization letter for representatives of individual
and legal entities
Subsequent to the provision of all requirements, the company, on its
part, will send the link to the shareholders to enable them access and
connect with the meeting.
As stated in the announcement, the company said that the attending
shareholder may discuss any item listed on the agenda and address
questions to the Board of Directors or the external auditor by adding
his/her question in the assigned square.
Further, the shareholder may vote on any of the agenda items by
raising his hand for showing his rejection, otherwise an implied consent
will be regarded.
Meeting Agenda
Discussion and approval of the amendment of the company’s bylaws to
be in conformity with the Corporate Law No 11 of 2015, QFMA Resolutions,
Corporate Governance Law for QSE listed Companies and Legal Entities
issued per QFMA resolution No 5 of 2016.
