Ahli bank announced today that it has completed the annual update of the base prospectus of its USD 2 Billion guaranteed Euro Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme of ABQ Finance Limited (the Issuer), a special purpose vehicle owned wholly by Ahli Bank.
