Mazaya Real Estate Development Company announced that it has canceled the meeting of its extraordinary general assembly scheduled on Sunday, 27 September 2020 as well as the following alternative meeting. In a statement, the company said that it needs more time to study the acquisition deal announced earlier last week in further details and to restructure the investment. The company stated that it will publish the results after the completion of the study.
