Qatar Stock Exchange ‘QSE’ in partnership with Qatar Financial Markets Authority ‘QFMA’ sets to implement ‘Q-Disclosure’, which is a new electronic disclosure platform based on XBRL technology. The new platform will largely contribute to facilitating the process of the financial and non-financial disclosure for the QSE listed companies ‘the issuers’, in accordance with articles (6.7.13) and (6.7.14) of the QSE Rulebook. It will also provide integrated solutions on the internet and will be available in both Arabic & English.
