Medicare Group discloses a court ruling

The Medicare Group Company disclosed that the external law firm had reported that a court ruling was issued today, Wednesday, 09/30/2020 in the total civil lawsuit number 4048/2017 filed by the company against the first defendant, which is The National Health Insurance Company - Seha (under liquidation), and others, with a request to oblige the defendants to do the following:
•    Payment of the amounts due for health services provided to the insured citizens under the contract concluded between the two parties, in addition to late fines.
•    A ruling nullifying the decision to liquidate the first defendant company.
•    A ruling declaring the bankruptcy of the first defendant company.
The court ruled the following:
1.    Rejection of the lawsuit regarding the two implicated litigants.
2.    Obliging the first defendant, the National Health Insurance Company, to pay the plaintiff an amount of125,683,595  QR Plus a compensation of 5,000,000 QR.
3.    Rejection of other requests.
4.    Obliging the defendant to pay the expenses.
