Today, the Gulf International Services Company announced that Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Ali Al-Mannai submitted his resignation from his position as an individual member of the company's board of directors, effective from 5 October 2020.
GIS takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Al-Mannai for his valuable contributions during his tenure on its board of directors, and wishes him every success.
As the elected members of the company's board of directors have been appointed by acclamation as of 6 March 2018, and in accordance with the relevant legislation, the Board of Directors will continue to perform its duties with the current number of its members until the end of the current period.
