The Board of Directors of the United Development Company decided to establish a limited liability company wholly owned by the United Development Company, in accordance with the Qatar Financial Center Law and the applicable regulations, operating in the field of manpower, consultancy and real estate management with a capital of 500,000 Qatari riyals (five hundred thousand Qatari riyals).
