The Board of Directors of Alijarah Holding Company issued a decision unanimously to stop the taxi business.
This is for many reasons, including the loss, and finally what happened with the repercussions of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), which led to the increase in losses on the company and the depreciation of shareholders' rights. For these reasons, to preserve the funds and rights of shareholders and to avoid additional losses that the company may incur in the coming years, the Board of Directors decided to stop the Taxis activity as of December 31, 2020.
