The United Development Company announced the signing of an agreement to finance the development of a commercial complex project and an extension to the maintenance service center for the marina in the Giardino Village area on the Pearl Qatar, with a total value of 105 million Qatari riyals, to be paid in installments over a period of approximately 17 years with the project financier, Dukhan Bank. The company also expressed that there is no conflict of interests between the relevant persons in the process and no change in the ownership ratios before and after the completion of the process.
