The listing of "QLM" shares for trading in the market brings the number of companies listed on the Qatari Stock Exchange to 48 companies

In the presence of a number of prominent guests, investors and interested people, the shares of QLM were listed for trading on the Qatar Stock Exchange, bringing the number of companies listed in the market to forty-eight Qatari public joint stock companies.
It is reported that QLM was finally established on 30 April 2018, with authorized and issued capital of QR 350 million, which is 100% fully paid.
It is noteworthy that the most important purpose of QLM is to carry out health insurance, life insurance and reinsurance business in accordance with the license issued to it by the Qatar Central Bank, and any other aspects of insurance business as it is licensed by the Qatar Central Bank in the future. In the course of carrying out its main activity, the company may carry out any business and activities that do not conflict with its main activity and contribute to its realization.
Today, QLM shares were listed with the symbol QLMI in the insurance sector. The price opened for 3.30 Qatari riyals and the closing price was 3.90 Qatari riyals, an increase of 23.8%. The highest price during the trading session reached 3.967 Qatari riyals, and the lowest price was 3.30 QR.
Starting from the second day of trading the company's shares, the price will be allowed to fluctuate by 10%, up and down, as is the case with other companies listed on the market.
The data of subscribing shareholders in the company was made available to the brokerage firms as of Sunday, 10 January 2021, in preparation for trading their shares, so that from that date the shareholders were able to directly contact the brokerage firms to deliver the sale or purchase orders.
