Widam Food Company announced that the General Assembly will convene the Ordinary General Assembly on 06/04/2021, Al Shumookh Tower, Tower B, Mezzanine Floor - located in Bin Mahmoud Area - Suhaim Bin Hamad Street at 04:30 PM. The alternative meeting is on 13/04/2021, at the same venue at 04:30 PM.
1) Hearing the report of the Board of Directors on the company's activities and its financial position for the year ending 31/12/2020 and the future plan and approving them.
2) Hearing the auditor's report on the company's balance sheet for the year ending 31/12/2020 and approving it.
3) Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2020.
4) Discussing the corporate governance report for the year 2020 and approving it.
5) Approval of the Board of Directors ’proposal to distribute cash dividends of 10% of the capital at a rate of (0.10) riyals per share.
6) Discharging the members of the Board of Directors from their liabilities for the year ending 31/12/2020 and determining their remuneration.
7) Appointing auditors for the fiscal year (2021) and determining their fees.
