Barwa Real Estate Group announced the signing of a financing agreement worth US $ 92.85 million to finance part of the project’s capital expenditures for the year 2021. The term of the new financing is up to 5 years. Note that the new financing is following the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
It should be noted that there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties in this agreement.
