Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company announced that, in accordance with Article No. (22-2) of the company's articles of association, the members of the Board of Directors of the Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company have been reappointed for a new term ending with the holding of the annual ordinary general meeting of the shareholders to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31 2023 m. The following is the formation of the company’s board of directors:

2. Mr. Muhammad Salem Al-Marri, Vice President
3. Mr. Abdulaziz Jassim Al-Muftah, Member
4. Mr. Abdulaziz Muhammad Al-Mannai, Member
5. Mr. Abdulrahman Ahmad Al-Shaibi, Member
6. Mr. Ali Nasser Talfat, Member
