Following the disclosure of the Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company on March 25, 2021 about participating in the meetings of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2019 and the year 2020, the Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company announced the amendment of the date of the alternative meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2019 and the date of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2020 to Wednesday, April 14, 2021 through "Zoom" program, so that the alternative meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2019 will be held at exactly nine thirty in the evening and the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly for the year 2020 at exactly ten in the evening, and in the event that the quorum of the Assembly of 2020 is not completed, the alternative meeting will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the same time mentioned above.
Note that registration for the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for the year 2019 and 2020 in person (Personally and delegation) will begin at the company's headquarters located in District No. 4, Msheireb, Street 880, Building No. 23, starting from seven in the evening until nine in the evening.
