Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company announced that the Ordinary General Assembly will be held on Monday 26/04/2021 online via (Zoom) platform at 09:00 pm, and in case the quorum is not complete, the alternative meeting will be held on 27/04 / 2021, online via (Zoom) platform at 09:00 pm, to discuss the agenda of the General Assembly:
1. Hearing the report of the Board of Directors on the company's activities and its financial position during the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2020 and the company's future plan and approving them.
2. Hearing and approving the report of the company auditors for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2020.
3. Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending 12/31/2020.
4. Approving the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the transfer of profits.
5. Considering discharging the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the financial year ending 31/12/2020.
6. Discussing the Corporate Governance Report for the year 2020
7. Discussing the proposal to sell the stake of Dlala Holding Company in Dlala Smart Company (to a related party)
8. Appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2021 and determining his fees.
