The Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan announced that it had accepted the resignation of Mr. Adel Mostafawi, the Group CEO, upon his request, and that he would continue to perform his duties until the merger between Masraf Al Rayan and Al Khaleeji Bank is completed.
