The National Bank of Oman (SAOG) the associate bank of the Commercial Bank (QPSC) has successfully completed the issuance of securities within the first tranche of additional capital in accordance with Basel III standards at a value of $ 300 million to some of the shareholders of the National Bank of Oman (and / or their agents) including the Commercial Bank. The Commercial Bank was a co-lead manager for the issuance.
