The company disclosed on 3/3/2021 its financial statements for the period ending on 31/12/2020, as the net profit at that time was 33,995,424 Qatari riyals, compared to a net profit of 28,853,929 Qatari riyals for the same period of the previous year.
In addition to that disclosure, and after the approval of the general assembly of the company held on 28/03/2021, submitted by the CEO to obtain a plot of land worth 40 million Qatari riyals, considering an amount = / 76,000,000 Qatari riyals as a provision for doubtful debts that has been recorded in the accounting records, and amending the data for the financial year 31/12/2020, where the net loss became QR 42,004,576 compared to net profit = / QR 28,853,929 for the same period of the previous year.
Thus, the loss per share becomes (0.16) for the period ending on 31/12/2020 against the return of 0.11 Qatari riyals for the same period of the previous year.
