Following the company's disclosure of the lawsuit No. 2367/2020 registered against the Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company and members of the interim board of directors by some of the company's shareholders on November 19, 2020, “Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company announced that the court of first instance issued its ruling on March 25, 2021 dismissing the case, and ordered the plaintiffs to pay the costs.
