Nebras Power announced a significant acquisition and partnership in solar energy in Ukraine

Nebras Power announced the expansion of its investment extent to the Ukrainian energy market through a partnership agreement in six projects to generate electricity through solar energy with UDPR and its parent company UFuture.
Under this agreement, signed today in Doha, Nebras Power will acquire a majority stake in the solar energy projects “Scythia 1”, “Scythia” 2, “Free Energy”, “Port Solar” and “Terslav”. And "Sun Power Pervomaisk".
On this occasion, His Excellency the Chairman of Nebras Power, Mr. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Hajri, said: “Nebras Power has an ambitious global strategy as the Ukrainian energy market represents a new milestone in our growth plan. Our commitment is not limited to providing clean and reliable energy, but also to contribute to impact enriching local communities and national economies of the countries in which we invest. Likewise, our plans include not only investing in energy generation, but also in individuals and societies."

In addition to the acquisition of solar projects, Nebras Power and UDPR have also entered into a long-term strategic partnership to invest in the development of new clean energy projects in Ukraine.

 The cooperation between the two companies will positively change Ukraine's energy and environmental industry by reducing carbon emissions.
