Al Mannai Group of Companies Q.P.S.C. announced that the distribution of profits for the fiscal year 2020 will start on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the company's headquarters on East Industrial Street No. 100, Building No. 72, District No. 57.
The company will transfer the profits to the bank accounts of all shareholders who provided Qatar Central Depository Company with the details of their bank accounts in order to receive their profits therein, on the date of dividend distribution corresponding to April 20, 2021.
Individual shareholders who wish to come in person to receive their earnings checks are requested to bring the original ID card in order to receive those checks.
In the event that delegates are sent, the representative of the shareholder is requested to bring an authorization letter, a copy of the shareholder’s card, and the original ID card of the authorization holder.
As for corporate shareholders, please bring an authorization letter duly signed and stamped on the letterhead of the legal entity, along with a copy of the commercial register, and the original ID card of the authorization holder.
Profit checks can be received starting on Tuesday 20 April 2021 from the headquarters of the Al Mannai Group of Companies QPSC, Legal Department, on the mezzanine floor, during the following times in the holy month of Ramadan:
• From nine in the morning until one in the afternoon, from Sunday to Thursday of every week.
And during the following times after Eid Al-Fitr holiday:
• From nine in the morning until one in the afternoon
• From three thirty in the Afternoon until five thirty in the evening.
From Sunday to Thursday every week.
Al Mannai Group of Companies QPSC also notes to its esteemed shareholders who have not received their profits for the past years of the need to come to the company's headquarters to collect them.
