With reference to the decision of the Board of Directors of Investment Holding Group QPSC with reference number 47/2021 dated May 5, 2021 to call for an ordinary general assembly to elect four independent members to the Board of Directors, please find attached herewith the list of names and data of candidates for membership of the Board of Directors of Investment Holding Group QPSC According to Article 5 of the Corporate Governance Law for Companies and Legal Entities Listed in the Main Market No. 5/2016.
