Qatar National Cement Company informs you that the competent administrative court has decided to attach the minutes of reconciliation and settlement that were agreed upon between the two parties in the session minutes with the strength of the executive document, according to which the company is obligated to pay an amount of 34,487,332 Qatari riyals, in five annual installments, as an amicable settlement to end the aforementioned lawsuit.
