Qatar Insurance Company announced the results of the board meeting held 05/30/2021, where it was agreed to form the board during the remainder of its current session, which was approved by the company’s board of directors elected for the period (2020-2022 AD) in its meeting held today morning, Sunday 30 / 5/2021 At the invitation of His Excellency the Governor of Qatar Central Bank, the Board approved the formation as follows:
1. Mr. Khalifa Abdullah Turki Al-Subaey - Chairman and Managing Director
2. Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani (Representing Brooq Trading Company) - Vice President
3. Sheikh Hamad bin Faisal bin Thani Al Thani - Independent member
4. Mr. Khalaf Ahmad Al-Mannai (Representing the General Retirement and Social Security Authority - Civil Pension Fund) - Member
5. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad bin Jassim Jaber Al Thani (Representing Al Mirqab Capital Company) - Member
6. Sheikh Saud bin Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani - Member
