Masraf Al Rayan and Al Khaliji Bank announced, in a joint press statement, that it is pursuant to the provisions of the merger agreement that was announced between Masraf Al Rayan Q.P.S.C. and Al Khalij Commercial Bank (Al Khaliji) Q.P.S.C. on January 7, 2021, the application for approval of the merger was submitted to the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
The Authority has issued its approval for the merger, considering the applicable laws and legislation.
