The Board of Directors of Qatar International Islamic Bank announced that it recommended the amendment of Article No. (76) of the Articles of Association to allow foreign investors to own a maximum of 100% of the bank’s capital instead of 49% previously, provided that the approval of the supervisory and supervisory authorities is met and submitted to the Assembly Extraordinary General Assembly to adopt the recommendation.
