Baladna Company announced the results of the Board of Directors meeting held 04/07/2021, where the following was agreed:
1- Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on April 27, 2021.
2- Approval of the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee regarding the resignation of the current CEO, Mr. Malcolm Jordan.
3- Approval of the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee regarding the appointment of Mr. Pete Jonas Hillarids as CEO of Baladna Q.P.S.C.
4- Follow up the normal business and activities of the company.
