Qatar National Cement Company announced that the company's board of directors had recommended the increasing of non-Qatari ownership to 100% of the company's capital, after approval by the regulatory authorities, in line with the stated directions of the state.
The date of the extraordinary general assembly meeting will be set to adopt the recommendation, after obtaining the necessary approvals, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation in the country.
