The Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan announced the following decisions:
1/ In accordance with the amended articles of association of Masraf Al Rayan according to Chapter Four “Bank Management” Article (19) “Composition of the Board of Directors” His Excellency Sheikh/ Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani was appointed as “Member” representing the Qatar Investment Authority in the Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan instead From His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari.
2/ The Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan unanimously elected His Excellency Sheikh/ Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani as “Chairman of the Board of Directors” in accordance with the amended articles of association of Masraf Al Rayan in Chapter Four “Management of the Bank” Article (22) “Election of the Chairman and his Deputy”.
