Qatar Insurance Company announced the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 28 November 2021, where it was approved to transfer Damaan Islamic Insurance Company “Beema” - in which Qatar Insurance Company contributes with 25% of its capital of two hundred million Qatari riyals - Converting it to a public shareholding company, listing its shares on the Qatar Stock Exchange, and inviting its extraordinary general assembly to approve the start of the transfer procedures.
The Board also reviewed the performance of the company and its subsidiaries during the period January/October 2021, and approved the estimated budget for 2022.
