Mekdam Holding Group announces the invitation of the General Assembly for the Extraordinary General Assembly to convene on 25/01/2022, in Abalone Hall - Ground Floor, St. Regis Hotel at 4:30 pm. In the event of a lack of quorum, the alternative meeting will be held on 30/ 01/2022, in Abalone Ballroom - Ground Floor, St. Regis Hotel at 4:30 pm
To discuss the following agenda:
1. Reconciliation of the company's situation in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (8) of 2021 in accordance with the draft amendments.
2. Amending Article No. 28 of the company's articles of association so that the number of board members is eight instead of seven.
