Ooredoo announced the issuance of a court ruling of the first degree in the State of Kuwait in favor of the National Mobile Telecommunications Company (the “Company”) in Case No. 859/2020.
Ooredoo indicated that the lawsuit was filed by the National Mobile Telecommunications Company, against the Director General of the Communications and Information Technology Authority and the Minister of Communications in their capacity, and the court ruling included obligating the Director General of the Communications and Information Technology Authority and the Minister of Transport in their capacity to pay the company an amount of 43,817,594 d. K (forty-three million eight hundred and seventeen thousand five hundred and ninety-four Kuwaiti dinars).
