Qatar Fuel Company announced the invitation of the General Assembly of the Ordinary General Assembly to convene on 27/02/2022, through modern technology means at WOQOD Tower at exactly 06:30 pm. In the event of a lack of a quorum, the alternative meeting will be held on 08/03/2022, via modern technology means, at WOQOD Tower, at 04:30 pm.
1. Hearing the speech of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. Discussing and approving the Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activity and financial position for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2021.
3. Discussing and approving the external auditor’s report on the company’s budget for the year 2021.
4. Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2021.
5. Approval of the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute cash dividends for the year 2021.
6. Discussing and approving the corporate governance report for the year 2021.
7. Considering releasing the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the year 2021 and determining their remuneration.
8. Approving the reappointment of the external auditor for the fiscal year 2022 and determining his fees.
