Ezdan Holding Group disclosed that the Board of Directors approved the offer of Mr. Ibrahim Rashid Ibrahim Al-Misnad Al-Mohannadi, partner in the White Square Real Estate Company, which owns The Curve Hotel, to purchase the entire group’s shares in White Square Real Estate Company, amounting to 65 shares, representing 32.5% of the capital. White Square Real Estate Company, and work is underway to complete the required procedures.
