Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development Company announced the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 06/21/2022, where the following was approved:
The first item: Amending the relevant articles of the current articles of association of the company in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 8 of 2021 amending some provisions of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Law No. 11 of 2015.
Item Two: Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors to issue, sign and publish the amended Articles of Association after approval by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Extraordinary General Assembly.
