Al Meera Consumer Goods Company held the Extraordinary General Assembly on Wednesday, 22/06/2022, and the following topics were discussed and decisions were taken:
The amendment of some articles of the basic system was approved, in light of Law No. (8) of 2021 amending some provisions of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Law No. (11) of 2015.
The Board of Directors has been authorized to complete the procedures for amending the company’s articles of association in accordance with Law No. (8) of 2021 regarding the amendment of some provisions of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Law No. (11) of 2015.
