Kindly note that the Council of Ministers approved an increase in the percentage of ownership by a non-Qatari investor in the capital of Nakilat, and according to this decision, a non-Qatari investor may own up to 100% of the capital of Nakilat company. Accordingly, Nakilat (QGTS) will work to complete all the required approvals to amend its articles of association, to allow raising the foreign ownership ceiling to 100%, and then submit a request to the competent authorities to raise the foreign ownership ceiling immediately.
