With reference to the instructions of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority and the Qatar Stock Exchange, and based on the principle of disclosure and transparency pursued by the bank, we would like to inform you of the resignation of Messrs. / Ali bin Ghanem Group (represented by Sheikh Ali bin Ghanem bin Ali Al Thani), from the membership of the Board of Directors of Qatar Islamic Bank. The resignation has been accepted after the approval of the Qatar Central Bank.
