In implementation of the instructions of the Qatar Central Bank regarding the profits of shareholders not received for more than 10 years and whose owners did not apply to receive them, and in order to preserve the interests of the shareholders who did not receive dividends, Masraf Al Rayan announces the publication of the names of the shareholders (Al Rayan Bank and Al Khaliji Bank before the merger) who They have not received the dividends due to date for more than ten years on the bank’s website www.alrayan.com, under the “Dividends” section in the “Investor Relations” section of the website, for a period of one month from its date.
The Bank invites the shareholders who have not received dividends for more than 10 years, whose names appear in the aforementioned list, to visit any of Masraf Al Rayan branches or contact the phone number or email shown below to receive their dividends due more than 10 years ago, within One month from the date of publication of this advertisement.
We stress that the profits due 10 years ago, and whose owners will not apply to receive them within the above-mentioned period, will be transferred to the Public Authority for Minors Affairs in the State of Qatar, in compliance with the instructions of the Qatar Central Bank in this regard.
