The Qatar Electricity and Water Company announced the signing of an agreement to sell its own plot of land in Lusail City to Regency Land Real Estate Company for the amount of QR 175 million.
In continuation to our previous announcement regarding the execution of the sale of a plot of land of 25,120 square meters owned by the company in Lusail City, please note that the company has signed an agreement to sell the plot of land to Regency Land Real Estate against QR 175 million. Regency Land Real Estate Company is currently implementing some procedures with Al Diar Real Estate Company.
