As part of its strategic plan, which is based on expanding its network of stations and serving all regions of the country, Qatar Fuel "WOQOD" opened Bu Sidra station today, Thursday 20/10/2022, to be the 100th station in the series of fixed stations that the company opened during its journey.
On this occasion, Mr. Saad Rashid Al Mohannadi, CEO and Managing Director of the company, said: “With the opening of Bu Sidra station, we celebrate an important achievement, which is reaching the number of 100 fixed stations, to confirm once again our commitment to WOQOD’s ambitious plans to expand its network of stations and facilitate access to them. It aims to meet the increasing demand for petroleum products in the local market.” Mr. Al-Mohannadi stressed that the opening of this station would ensure the provision of high-quality products and services to all customers throughout the country, and expressed WOQOD’s thanks and appreciation to all relevant authorities that contributed and still contribute to the completion of vital projects.
The Bu Sidra station covers an area of 6,400 square meters, and the station contains 3 lines, including 6 pumps to fill fuel for light vehicles, to serve the visitors of Bu Sidra and the surrounding areas.
Bu Sidra station provides its customers with services around the clock, including Sidra daily necessities store, as well as "Shafaf" gas cylinders distribution centers, in addition to providing all types of petroleum products for light vehicles.
It is worth noting that with the opening of the Bu Sidra station, the total number of stations opened by WOQOD will be 116, including mobile stations, knowing that the company is currently supervising the implementation of 4 new stations, most of which are expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2022.
