Widam Food Company, according to the outside law firm, announced the judgment in the lawsuit 2022 8.
The Investment and Merchants Court - First Circuit issued a commercial appeal in its judgment No. 8/2022 in the appeal against judgment No. 133/2022 in response to the reasons for the appeal that the procedures taken by the General Assembly of Widam Company (the appellee) did not violate any of the peremptory legal rules or others stipulated Companies Law No. 11 of 2015 or Resolution No. 1 of 2016 or what is stated in the Articles of Association.
Whereas, whenever the foregoing is, the appeal is based on a non-valid document of the law, and it is necessary to reject it and uphold the appealed ruling for its reasons and for the complete reasons added by the court.
