Earnings per share amounted to 0.504 Qatari riyals for the year December 31, 2022, compared to 0.42 Qatari riyals for the same period of the previous year.
The Board of Directors decided to recommend to the General Assembly the distribution of dividends to shareholders at a rate of 45.29% of the company’s capital, so that it distributes cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 35% of the company’s capital, and distributes bonus shares to shareholders at a rate of 7 shares for every 68 shares (equivalent to approximately 0.1029 shares for each share).
