Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company announced the issuance of the Court of Cassation judgment in Appeal No. (795/2022) filed by its subsidiary Dlala Brokerage Company against the Appeal Court’s decision in Appeals No. (26, 41, 42/2022), which upheld the Accounting Committee’s decision No. 10 / 2020 in the Qatar Financial Markets Authority to impose a financial penalty on Dlala Brokerage Company in the amount of ten million Qatari riyals, as the ruling of the Court of Cassation decided to appeal the contested ruling and refer the case to the Court of Appeal to adjudicate it again in a panel composed of other judges.
