Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C., through its subsidiary Elegancia Healthcare W.L.L., has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population with the aim of studying new investments in the fields of the health sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
