Daman Islamic Insurance (BEMA) announces the invitation of the Ordinary General Assembly to convene on 21/03/2023, at the Four Seasons Hotel at 05:30 pm, and in the event that the quorum is not met, the alternative meeting will be held on 28/03/2023, at the same place at 09:30 pm.
With the following agenda:
1) Hearing the Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activities and its financial position during the year ending 12/21/2022, and the company’s future plan, and approving them.
2) Hearing the auditor's report on the company's financial statements for the year 2022, and the Sharia Supervisory Board's report on the company's activities for the year 2022, and approving them.
3) Discussing and approving the company’s budget and profit and loss account, approving the surplus of insurance operations for policyholders and distributing profits to shareholders for the year 2022.
4) Discussing and approving the governance report.
5) Examining the release of the members of the Board of Directors from liability and approving their remunerations.
6) Continuing to appoint the auditor, Messrs. Deloitte & Touche - and determine their fees.
