We inform you that the approval of the Board of Directors and the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Daman Islamic Insurance Company (Beema) was taken to increase the percentage of the agency fee to (30%) instead of (25%), and to increase the share of the operator to (70%) instead of (60%) as of 1/07/2023, this comes on the occasion of the company’s transformation and the listing of its shares on the Qatar Stock Exchange, as well as keeping pace with the expansions it is making to develop its business, in addition to strengthening the shareholder position, which will reflect positively on the policyholders position.
