Medicare Group Company (Q.P.S.C) announced the resignation of Mr. Waleed Ahmed Al-Saadi (independent board member) from his position as a member of the company's board of directors. The Board accepted his resignation and thanked him for the great efforts and valuable contributions he made during his membership.
The Board of Directors also approved the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee to appoint Mr. Ayed bin Dabsan Al-Qahtani as an independent member of the Board of Directors to fill the vacant seat until the end of the current session (2021-2023), as he is the one who obtained the most votes from the candidates who did not win the membership (reserve) in the category Independent members, according to the results of the board membership elections for the term (2021-2023) held on March 22, 2021.
