Engineer Mohamed Badr Al-Sada has been appointed CEO of Estithmar Holding Company, effective September 1, 2023


Estithmar Holding Company Q.P.S.C. announced... Announces the resignation of CEO Mr. Henrik Christiansen from his position.
The Board of Directors appointed Engineer Mohammed Badr Al-Sada as CEO of Estithmar Holding Company Q.P.S.C. He was delegated with the full powers assigned to that position as of September 1, 2023.
Engineer Mohammed Badr Al-Sada is considered one of the well-known Qatari competencies and cadres in several fields, including oil and gas, investments and communications. He is distinguished by his combination of extensive experience in managing and leading institutions, companies and businesses, which qualifies him to lead Investment Holding in this important expansion phase for the company.
The Board of Directors of Estithmar Holding welcomed Eng. Mohammed Badr Al-Sada assuming the executive presidency to contribute to achieving the company’s strategic vision, which aims to expand business in Qatar and abroad in light of the company’s new projects in several fields, in addition to achieving the best returns and increasing value for shareholders.
Al-Sada held a number of high-ranking positions at Vodafone Qatar, including the position of Chief Operating Officer and before that, Head of Business Development. He also held the position of CEO of Hassad Company, in addition to holding a number of leadership positions during his work at the Qatar Investment Authority.
It is worth noting that engineer Muhammad Badr Al-Sada holds an engineering degree from the University of Arizona in the United States of America, and began his career as an engineer in one of the largest gas companies in Qatar.
  Al-Sada also currently holds a number of leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Widam Food Company, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baladna Food Industries Company, Member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Development Bank, and Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Hosn Investment Company.
